We have many creative ways for you to come be a part of our farm.
There is no greater joy than sharing our love for farming with our community. Firstly, we welcome visitors. If you want to see and learn more about how we farm, we would love to have you visit our farm. Please email us at email@example.com or call 231-330-1614 to set up your visit. Secondly, we have three other programs that allow for community members to work and enjoy the farm. 1- Worker Share Program 2- Buyer's Club 3- U-Cut Flowers
Worker Share Program 2017
Want to work in the sunshine, one day a week and take home a huge box of fresh green veggies? Our Worker Share Program will allow you to learn many aspects of farming, while connecting with other community members and eating great food.
We are looking for 8-10 able bodies folks (must be able to bend, kneel for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds while carrying an off key outdoor choral voice).
Help and learn with all sides of farming (seeding, weeding, harvesting, washing and packing) for the months of June, July, August, September and October in exchange for a produce share which will include garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, herbs, spinach, peppers, eggplants, carrots, lettuce, chard and many other items.
Times are from 9am-4pm, 1 day a week. This also includes an hour for lunch, which we provide with farm fresh produce! Days to choose from are Tuesday or Thursday. Must be able to provide own transportation to and from farm. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to express interest or ask questions.
If you wanted an epic tan and an awesome muscular body while giggling your day away, this could be your chance.
